HUB West Baltimore Community Development Corporation is a UNIT OF Edmondson Community Organization, operating at the full discretion and direction of the ECO Board. HUB West Baltimore is the primary land, structure and transportation-focused development arm of the Edmondson Community Organization, strategically working to bring rapid, equitable transformational development to the community of Midtown-Edmondson & the MARC Station Area, as well as areas beyond.
